Coreforma CRM is an internal application used only by Coreforma employees. It is distributed privately through Apple Business Manager and is not available to the public.
When you sign in, the app sends your work email address and team ID to Coreforma's own server so it can identify you and record who viewed or changed business records. Nothing else about you is collected.
The app shows Coreforma business data: client accounts, business contacts at client sites, study assignments, and finance records. This data is stored on Coreforma's own server and on your Mac. It is never sent to third parties by the app.
The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking. It does not collect location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers. It never contains information about research participants.
Business records are retained under Coreforma's internal data policies. Signing out removes your session from your Mac. To have your sign-in records removed, contact us.
